Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Define internal and external project management processes for the project.
· Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements or functionality points
· With the help of the relevant Team Lead, determines scope and evaluate risks
· With the help of the relevant Team Lead, define project parameters, i.e., time-lines, manpower, risks, estimates, etc.
· Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables
· Identify internal and external interfaces
· Prepare the Project Plan.
· With the help of the Software Development Manager and Team Leads staff the project.
· Monitor the Project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.
· Use the issue log process for resolution and management of critical issues
· Single point of contact for the Client, as such coordinates with the clients and user community
· Communicate with client any feedback or discoveries that come from the Project TL.
· Act as the ”client” for the local development team
· Synchronize efforts in quality assurance of user documents
· Synchronize efforts in preparation of shipment package
· Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
· Get feedback from the client
· Communicate with the client about next release
· Responsible for any other duties assigned by the Director Offshore Software Services
· Bachelors in Computer Sciences from HEC recognized university. Preference will be given to PMP certified individuals.
· Leadership: Must have the focus, confidence, charisma, and authority to drive the technical effort
· Minimum Five year Experience of Project Management in an IT company.
· Experience in building similar systems
