Basic Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or another related degree. Pursuing an MS degree preferred.
- Some professional human resources experience, preferably from a summer internship or co-op assignment is preferred.
- Must be a proactive, results-oriented with a desire to take your career into higher level HR roles.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Must have strong software skills in power point, excel and word.
- Must have proven ability to work independently with minimal direction - takes initiative and is proficient at establishing internal relationships.
- Proven communication and project management skills.
- The ability to relocate domestically (short term) and internationally (long-term) for future career progression.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working within consumer products industry.
