Job Description
1. Review equipment drawings, technical data, inspection methods and procedures; update / revise / modify as necessary
2. Schedule and update inspection plan frequencies according to plant requirements
3. Analyse collected data and equipment’s history such as wear, corrosion and erosion rates, calculations for thickness inspection and NDT testing
4. Manage the Data Base of stationary equipment
5. Generate inspection reports
6. Analyse top bad actors and lead the elimination process of them
7. Plan / create inspection Work Orders in SAP
8. Update and create inspection procedures per API , ASME, ANSI and other applicable codes and standards for all stationary
